Women must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and must not exhibit any type of violent behavior while in the shelter. Women can be pregnant. Counseling programs are available for children and non-residents. Intake by referral or telephone. Serves female victims of domestic violence and their children. No Fee. Picture I.D. required.
